Fairfield Circuitry Unpleasant Surprise is a fuzz that gives you a wide variety of different sounds, starting from traidtional fuzz tones and ending up in very gated and distorted sounds.
- Controls:
Volume: Set output volume level.
Onset: Sets the amount of gain and controls the gate. Towards 5 o'clock more gain and sustain. Towards 7 o'clock the pedal's gate activates sooner and begins to cut the signal.
T: In the up position a treble cut is activated.
G: Affects bias and the amount of gain.
C: Compresses your signal and crushes it to pieces. - Power Requirements: 2.1 mm 9V DC centre negative power supply, 15 mA.
