ZVex Fat Fuzz Factory gives you the classic Fuzz Factory sound added with some new heavy bottom. This is the Vexter model of Fat Fuzz Factory.
- Controls:
Subs switch: Three-position switch which adjusts the amount of bottom end. In position 1 the amount of bass is the same as in basic Fuzz Factory, positions 2 and 3 add substantial amounts of low end to your sound. Depending on how the other controls are set, positions 2 and 3 will also add lower octaves to your sound.
Volume: Sets the output volume level. Loads of headroom available.
Gate: Controls the sustain and also tames the feedback sounds the pedal produces in some settings.
Comp: Controls attack and compression, also brings lower octaves more forward towards 5 o'clock.
Drive: Sets the amount of gain/saturation when the pedal is in 'normal' fuzz settings. In feedbacking/oscillating settings Drive adjusts feedback pitch and thickness.
Stab: Controls the pitch of feeback when the pedal is in oscillating settings. If you want to eliminate extra noises, keep this control at 5 o'clock. - Power requirements 2,1mm 9V DC centre negative power supply or 9V battery. 4 mA.
