JHS Morning Glory is a transparent overdrive by nature, which can also be used to thicken a thin amp sound, to get more gain out of an slightly overdriven amp or to get a tube-style dynamics out of an amp which doesn't have them naturally.
- Controls:
Volume: Sets output volume level.
Drive: Sets the amount of gain. Starts from completely clean sound at around 7 o'clock and the gain increases towards 5 o'clock. The tone becomes slightly brighter as gain increases.
Tone: Controls the amount of high frequencies. More highs towards 5 o'clock.
Gain Switch: In up position a high gain mode is activated. LED changes to red when the pedal is in high gain mode.
Bright Cut Switch: On the right side of the pedal there is a switch with which you can cut the highest frequencies, if the sound is too bright. - Power Requirements: 2.1 mm 9V DC centre negative power supply. Under 100 mA.
