Thorpy FX Field Marshal is an updated version of Lovetone's legendary Big Cheese fuzz designed in collaboration with Dan Coggins. Smaller, more versatile, louder and less noisy than the original Big Cheese.
- Controls:
Vol: Adjusts the output volume level.
Fuzz: Controls the amount of gain/fuzz.
Tone: Tone control for the pedal, gets brighter towards 5 o'clock.
Balance: Adjust the output volume level when the Cheese footswitch is activated.
Mode Switch: Chooses between three different fuzz sounds. Options are: Gated Fuzz, Mid Scoop and Mid Boost.
Cheese Footswitch: When this footswitch is active, the tone stack is bypassed and you will get a raw, unhinged fuzz tone. Tone and Mode sounds don't affect the sound in this mode. - Power Requirements: 2.1 mm 9V DC centre negative power supply. About 30 mA.
