Xotic XW-1 Wah has a smaller footprint than a regular wah, and it has controls for adjusting the tone of the pedal. Measurements: 21 cm (depth) x 10 cm (width) 6,7 cm (height).
- Controls:
Bias: When you turn the Bias control towards 5 o'clock, you will get more volume, tighter bass and a more pronounced wah sweep.
Wah Q: Sets the width of the wah filter.
Bass and Treble: Set the amount of high and low frequencies. You can either boost or cut the frequencies +/-15 db. Zero point is at 12 o'clock.
Internal Controls:ﾠ Inside the pedal you will find a control for Input Gain and four dip switches. Dip switches: Toe Down Range (When in On position you will get maximum brightness), Input Gain (activates Input Gain trimmer), Presence Cut (less high frequencies when On) and Wah Q Frequency (On position gives you a deeper, more vocal-like sound).ﾠ
