The JHS AT+ gives you the lead and rhythm sounds of Andy Timmons. AT+ has an independent boost channel which can be turned on and off with its own footswitch. Based on JHS Angry Charlie Marshall-in-a-box pedal, modded according to Andy's wishes.
- Controls:
Volume: Sets output volume level.
Drive: Sets the amount of overdrive/distortion.
Mode switch: The pedal simulates different-sized amps with the Mode switch. Three options: 25W, 50W and 100W. Up position (25W) has most compression and saturation with lowest headroom. Down position (50W) has a good balance between compression and openness. 100W mode has a lot of headroom and an open crunchy overdrive sound.
EQ: High Pass filter for adjusting the tone. Gets brighter towards 5 o'clock.
Air: Works like the presence control in amplifiers. Adjusts the high frequencies.
Boost: Controls the amount of boost. Boost channel is slightly dirty by nature. Boost is located before overdrive in the pedal's signal chain, so used simultaneously with the overdrive you can get the pedal to distort more. Can also be used independently. - Power Requirements: 2.1 mm 9-18V DC centre negative power supply. Under 100 mA.
- True Bypass
